How We Work

These are our process that starting on Material issue till finished doors

1. Wood Selection

Our materials are recruiting from Aceh, Padang and Kalimantan as the nearest from our city at Medan, Indonesia. We are concerning to stock on mixed woods, Durian woods and sum of Meranti woods as well. We have our regulation to assure that woods are being able to proceed and it must be hard wood materials. Because we do export on standardization its really different from local quality.

Mixed wood is a local wood that it’s a Forest local wood such as Jabon, Trap Batu, Rubber wood, Fruit tree and so on. We use on our Engineered doors, Plywood doors and Polished doors

Durian wood Is a red/ brown color as Malaysia market is selling this material as Meranti wood. Durian wood is same as meranti in term of color matching, wood fiber, outlooks are the same and the differences are Only on the density which is Meranti wood is heavier than durian. You are able to check on wood categorization, Durian wood is on the same group with Meranti. We use on our Solid/lamination wooden doors

Meranti is a luxury product in our city, because price is beyond an average and its very rare to purchase on a huge contract. We do only for exceptional order

2. Vacuum Process

We are ensuring our woods quality is avoiding all kinds of bacteria, insect from the sawmill/ forest as you know woods from the particular place is not well prepared for the maintenance and its chemical to ensure the woods are able to be maintain on the next process

3. Klin Dry

We are drying our woods with a steaming and boiling form. We have 16 klin dry rooms and we ensure that our Moisture is below 12. Hence, our doors are well maintained to avoid any blue steam, dot eye, avoid any moist, and assure there is no leak of the door.

4. Product Process

This part is our main focus as components and Panel parts are being proceed. After the wood is dry enough, we do select for Solid one, for inside core of component, cutting on wood diversification

5. Finishing Process

These are most concerning to determine our doors’ quality as we focus to establish that color is being well, wood veneer is not leaked, fiber wood is smooth, weight is good enough, the shape is done smoothy. On this process, we are hiring contract employers to maintain our quality and this result will conclude on our quality from the point of view of our clients

6. Packaging Process

This part is a main key to determine our goods as this is the highest rate from our clients. Its because we do package for client to use direct for home and they usually sell together with our packages as the most flexible way for clients to sell it into a local market or outside. We do ensure the door is finished product and packaging style is also able to request from our client

7. Loading Time

We do stuff our doors and ensure its able to load and maximize the space in the vessel. We do report and update to our buyers the loading process, photos of loading details before depart the vessel to the port.

8. Delivery Issue

We do on FOB term basis. CNF term is able unless you have agreed on our fob prices. Wooden door is our primary profit issue, Ocean Freight/freight rate, we never earn on this item, it’s because usually the local rate in Indonesia is more expensive, unstable too rather than buyer’s city as we have come across a few times for this issue and we are able to recommend, provide contact details some of liner in Indonesia if you need too
